Mall Walk 2012 Slated for February 11
|Marion General Hospital’s Cardiac Rehab Center is sponsoring Mall Walk 2012, an annual event that celebrates National Cardiac Rehabilitation Week and National Heart Month. Slated for Saturday, February 11 at Marion Centre Mall, you can join current and past cardiac rehab patients for a one-mile walk (3 ½ laps) around the inside of the mall.

|Nathan Noblit from Marion Flower Shop has recently been designated as an FTD Master Florist. This unique recognition is only available to top quality florists that are a part of the 100 year old FTD florist network, according to a media release.
Required Boating Course Offered in Marion
|Marion Sail & Power Squadron is beginning their six-week boating class on Tuesday, February 14 at Tri-Rivers. Anyone born after January 1st 1982 is required to take a class for state certification of a wave runner, ski-do, or a boat.
Deadline Nears to Register for Florida Reunion
|February 10 is the deadline to make reservations for the 63rd annual Marion County Florida Reunion to be held on Saturday, February 18 in Bradenton. Doors at Duff's Original Buffet, 6010 14th St. W., (U.S. 41) will open at 9:45 a.m. with the program to begin the activity.
