River Valley Downs Elgin

River Valley and Elgin battled back and forth nearly the entire first half before a near interception turned touchdown catch ended the half and gave River Valley a 7-0 lead.

River Valley owned the second half and won the game 21-6.

Marion County Sheriff Tim Bailey is announcing that deputies will be conducting a traffic enforcement blitz to correlate with Labor Day weekend activities in the county for the “over the limit, under arrest” campaign.
