Wanted

The Marion County Adult Probation Department is seeking 21-year-old Brittany Thomas for a probation violation. Thomas is a white female, 5'11" tall and 145 lbs with blue eyes and blonde hair. Her last known address is 262 East Mark Street in Marion.

The Marion Police Department is seeking Cody O. Bosh on a felony warrant for Aggravated Robbery. Bosh is a 22-year-old white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5-feet 10-inches tall and weighs 170 lbs. His last known address was 875 ½ Bennett Street.

The Marion Police Department is seeking Aric M. Labounty. He is a 21-year-old white male with blonde hair and blue eyes. He is 5-feet 9-inches tall and weighs 160 lbs. His last known address was 329 East Fairground Street.

Labounty has two warrants for failing to appear in Marion Municipal Court.

The Marion County Adult Probation Department is seeking 33-year-old Daniel Ballard for a probation violation. He is a white male, 5'5" tall and 155 lbs with hazel eyes and brown hair. His last known address is 665 Bartram Avenue in Marion.

The Marion Police Department is seeking Timothy L. Smith. He is a 25-year-old white male with brown hair and blue eyes. Smith is 6-feet 1-inches tall and weighs 180 lbs. His last known address was 149 Latourette Street.

The Marion County Adult Probation Department is seeking 21-year-old Candie Steele for a probation violation. She is a white female, 5'4" tall and 110 lbs with brown eyes and brown hair. Her last known address is 773 West Center Street in Marion.

The Marion Police Department is investigating a robbery at Jack's Drive Thru, 412 West Center Street, that occurred on Tuesday evening.

Police responded to the scene at 10:30pm Tuesday and say a suspect entered the business with a hand gun and committed an armed robbery. The suspect fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money and was last seen running north across Owens Street in the area of the park.

The Marion County Adult Probation Department is seeking 45-year-old Bobby Welsh. He is a white male, 5'9" tall and 170 lbs with brown eyes and brown hair. His last known address is 1207 Martinique Drive in Marion.

Welsh was placed on Community Control in June of 2011 for a Possession of Cocaine conviction and has stopped reporting to his Probation Officer.

The Marion County Adult Probation Department is seeking 25-year-old Corey L. Parker. He is a white male, 5'8" tall and 150 lbs with blue eyes and brown hair. His last known address is 499 Linda Mel Drive in Marion.

Update: Adult Probation says they received a phone tip with the location of Parker and he was arrested by officers.

The Marion County Adult Probation Department is seeking 20-year-old Jessica Aldridge.  She is a white female, 5'7" tall and 170 lbs with blue eyes and blonde hair. Her last known address is 635 Lee St. although most recently she was a resident at Foundations Halfway House in Marion from where she left without permission.
