Cranmer Recognized with Tony Caprino Scholarship

Jeremy Cranmer, Harding High School, is the recipient of a $500.00 scholarship from Benjamin Harrison Elementary PTA.

The Tony Caprino scholarship is awarded to a senior who attended the former Indian Mound elementary school and who lived in the Indian Mound district.

Jeremy plans on pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering at either the Ohio State University or Miami of Ohio University.  Jeremy is the son of Todd Cranmer and Teresa Granlee.

His extra-curricular activities at Harding include: football, tennis, Teen Institute, TI youth board member, leadership and state TI. He also served as one of the captains of the football team as well as captain of the tennis team. He received 4 varsity letters.

Honors and awards include: National Honor Society, Buckeye Boys State, People to People Student Ambassador, Marion Star Teen of the Month, United States Achievement Academy & West Point Military Leadership award.
