Ballard Wanted for Probation Violation

The Marion County Adult Probation Department is seeking 33-year-old Daniel Ballard for a probation violation. He is a white male, 5'5" tall and 155 lbs with hazel eyes and brown hair. His last known address is 665 Bartram Avenue in Marion.

Ballard was placed on Community Control in August of 2008 for a Drug Possession conviction and has stopped reporting to his Probation Officer.
